Hi, I have two of these DS-2CD2432F-IW and I am able to hear (receive audio) what's going on in the room, but I am not able to speak (send audio) and get the Cube speaker to output. I am testing this with the BI iPhone App. Am I doing something wrong?

Installed this in my living room to replace the 1.3MP Hik Cube I had sitting under the monitor. I currently have it hooked up Wifi and will have a demo/promo video here shortly.
