I'm after reinstalling the camera and tested it (by walking in circles in view of the cam for nearly 3 mins!) and it recorded perfectly. Looks like reinstalling it might have sorted the issue. Many thanks for taking the time guys, really appreciate the help :clap:

I just found a fix for this. It would probably fix a few other issues too: Go to Control Panel, select BlueIris and click the Change Tab (next to the Uninstall Tab) chose the Repair option and follow the steps. Allow the repair to run. You will need to restart BI. This fixed my issue, so hope...
