    Been using BI for years. Tried to upgrade and now my BI4 is gone. Ok, I may not be eligible for an upgrade so if I buy BI5 off this site, can I cancel annual support and still use BI5 into the future. At the moment I do not have any cctv running as BI4 will not run.

    Hi Fender, I understand that part. The thing that I can't figure out is that my TP Link camera works on port 8007 but if I test that port on CanYou See My port, it gives me an error, can't see your service in port 8007. Yet the camera is working and visible on port 8007 externally.
