Hello everyone. Im planning to install a dahua VTO6521K to my building and my question is: is it ok to power it with 12vdc as needed and add it to poe switch for the network? To work with all vth to the same network? I will have a problem with vdc and poe at the same time? Thank you

Hi everyone. I bought a dahua nvr NVR4208-EI. I configured like always and i use time zone e. Europe. But when i try to add the device under account on dmss when i choose my time zone it says failed to save configuration. First time happening to me this. I dont use dst or ntp. Any ideas?

Dahua since february is working (making test) with the app for alarms. There will be a time in the year that you can use the alarm with the new nvrs and softwares to work all together. Dahua name it AirShield. Thats why we all have these problems.

This is the installation before. I use a second heater switch and connect it to the old for getting power for the poe switch.

The power supply was already install from before. The client want to change the old doorphone with vto and vth so i didnt replace the power suplly. Yes it is 12vac power supply. I dont know the model of the door lock

I use separate power supply for the elecrric door. I dont use the output of the vto's

I think the relay from all dahua vtos is a dry contact. Also the most door locks in my country work with ac and not with dc. And another important think is that is the only client complain about this. Why the relay of the vto allows the current to pass? It is a NO lock

Hi can check the above pictrure from dahua camera 3.6 lens. How you face this kind of area? This close distance between walls. If i choose a 6mm lens i will lose area from down the camera? Any other solution?

Hi everyone i had this problem with this installation. Look at the picture. The vto model 2202-f-p-s2 will install at the back but the client want a bell button outside. Is it any way to do this and play at monitors inside the house?

Just wondering. I see now live the cameras and i dont see any line but when i go back to playback i see them is it anything had to do with playback?

And what it happen is if i choosè pal i have the lines during day and night if i choose ntsc the lines disappear at day and only at night i have the problem

Ok i will try tonight. The cameras have anti flicker and it set by default to outdoor. Before check this is it matter if it pal or ntsc for the anti flicker config?

I try conect to switch , not found the camera. Yes maybe the balun was the problem because i didnt disconnect the cable from the balun on the dvr but the power was 12vdc. Nvr has no problem because i try to power up alone the camera and it wont power up
