So The 18tb drive is working just fine in a I5-12400 system. Apparently older systems / sata controllers may not play nice with larger drives, I don't know. The system it doesn't want to work in is a I5-4570.

After dropping everything down to the it is now my cpu issue is in the low 30s. Before was with 264 and 8192 on the 4mp cameras. Here's the error I get. This is just from changing the single / to the full string for the main stream. Same thing happens if I only do the substream.

Here's the settings that work on the other cameras including the older IPC-T5442T-ZE but not on the new IPC-T5442T-ZE.

It's H265 2048 is fine for 4MP and it's CBR.
