Hi, I had to re-install the app a few times. Even after complete removal I do see the same CAM multiple times. How can I delete them? It's only in the Cloud view. Thanks in advance for your reply, witk kind regards, FB

Hi I have exactly the same issue; Using DS-2CD2132F-IWS that was om V5.2.5 141201. After update (failure) SADP showing V4.0.8 150401 and 192.168.1.64 192.168.1.1. I have no idea how to recover, did al lot of TFTP but none did complete. Anyone?.... Fixed it...by using the "downgrader" again...

Thanks fot your reply. I did do a back-up before the Firmware update, could the file be usefull? And just a question, why do we need to use TFTP? When doing it from the Camera GUI it seems to work. When I did it with the TFTP it worked at the beginning, after a while it did not work anymore...
