My 7608N-E2 running on 3.3.3 is experiencing some intermittent "video failure" on random channels. After a few seconds, it all goes back to normal. Suggestions??

Guys, quick question. Is there a way to "download" the firmware from my camera?

If that's the case I'm very confused as it is located in the network tab rather than the camera and it is auto populated with sip server credential (usually used for VoIP). Any other suggestions?

Menus are English, however I didn't know how to make a backup of the previous FW, hence I took the risk and flashed the modded new FW. Now it's running on 3.3.2
