    No, I didn't hit find because... I have previously set the IP and specific port#. I can zoom with the + key on the key board, and return to normal with the esc. key. However with my other R2's when in full screen... I get a + sign and a - sign on the screen when I move the curser from right...

    I have 5 R2 Foscam IP cams, I have been very happy with them over the years.... however my two latest R2 cameras will not zoom in Blue Iris 5, the previous 3 I have had for a few years zoom works just fine. I believe I have them all set the same...... anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Chuck

    just got home starting my computer and clicked on Blue Iris icon and got this

    I haven't paid for extended support for quite awhile, therefor I could not get the upgrades.... So today when that happened to me I thought what the heck, I bought another year of support and upgraded to the latest version of BI, and all was resolved after the latest version was installed.

    Well I have gone thru the tutorial again, and everything seems to be correct... however when I get to the page on the remote access wizard of BI Web server by Verified server it says The operation has timed out and there is a red X, so I am stuck there :(

    Are you running the Verizon router/ gateway bridged (pass through)? That is how I am running mine, that way all my other devices remain unchanged.

    Yes the only way to get a static IP from Verizon is with a business account. The ZeroTier program worked just fine.

    Thank You, I am 74 and my memory is getting poor.. but followed the ( very good ) tutorial and got things up and running. I have not used BI mobile before, so I will need to do a little tweaking on that. Again TYVM

    I am considering getting Verizon"s LTE Home Internet, I have it on a trial basis now and it works fine.... except I can no longer access my cameras remotely. I am using BI 5 and R2 foscam cameras. I have seen info about using vpn's or tunneling, etc, but it seem too complicated for me anymore...

    Can I Delete BI4 If I Have BI5

    You can remove it, But I left my BI4 installed also...at least until I was familiar with Bl5. I have plenty of disc space, so I am going to keep it for now.
