Thanks, I actually tried that after speaking with Andy. Looks like the sensors may have failed. I was asked to ship it back to Andy they will send a replacement.

Also, how did you get this settings screen? I don’t see these options in my NVR software.

The settings are the same on this camera and my others. I only put it in full screen for the picture. The camera keeps going offline and online and only has a white picture. There definitely has to be something going on with the camera.

Thanks. I’ll probably ask Andy. I just swapped the cameras and confirmed my connections and wiring is solid. The same camera still has the issue. What a mystery. :)

Hello! My camera system is running well, but one outstanding question comes to mind. The IP address of my PC and NVR are in the 198.XXX range and my Dahua Starlight camera IP addresses are in the 10.XX range. Will this create any issues down the road? Should this be corrected? Thanks!

Just another item, I had SmartPSS open on my iMac and the cameras went black on the monitor that was connected to the NVR. I noticed the time stamps on my SmartPSS program camera windows paused until the image came back on the NVR monitor. Kind of an odd thing to have happen. :)

I just changed the NVR subnet to match the subnet on my computer and will test. Do you want these numbers to match? I also just found the online manual which is 400 pages and will begin reading.
