I have found that it s a wiring issue, when I use a rj 45 cable tester it shows ok 1 to 8 , but I think the cables somewhere on some corner are bent too much or damaged and they touch each other or something , the cameras work perfectly with other cables. I m only thinking to try and wire one...

Actually I ll put the ladder up now and put new rj45 on both and make the cables bit shorter because they barely fit in the junction box and see what happens after.

The cables run along for about 35 metres on walls and diff spaces.. can that interfere?

I have used T568-B for all the cameras.

My router is just a 4g huawei so I ll connect that to a switch and the switch to the lan port of the nvr. Then I ll connect to switch the poe switch half distance away and then the cameras in the poe switch. The normal switch does it have to be gygabit? Or any special req?

Thank you Mat for your reply! But I can not connect it directly in the lan port, it has through the internet router which will be connected to the nvr lan right? How do I set the ip adresses for the cams? I read somewhere abt iVMS ... is that correct?
