    If you are not getting power out of the TL-POE10R either it is defective or you're not getting power to it. I think you are confusing an Ethetnet cable splitter with a Power Over Ethernet splitter. They are not the same and are not used the same. Neither do they have the same name.

    The easiest way is to set up a separate router using 192.168.3.x then set it to connect to 192.168.2.1. That keeps all your cameras and video recorder on 192 168.3.x and allows you to connect to the server which will capture the feeds from the cameras.
