I have a few different users set up, they are setup on access schedule. When they attempt to login off schedule hours there is a message "schedule restriction". Is there a way to suppress these messages and just not allow them in? Thanks

I use a Microsoft Lifecam HD 3000. The only thing about going this route is that it has to be connected directly to the server or to a computer that is already running. In that case I use a VM running Win 10 and WinCamXP connected to a server that is in the same room.

I connect through PC 99% of the time. once or twice a day through the iOS app. The connections all originate from my computers/app. Not one was from an unknown source. Sometimes I get only a blank screen, all white. No text or login window. I've done the wait an hour thing and it doesn't work...

So I fixed it, by locating the proper registry key, which had an entry of 1. the default entry is 99. I also noticed the key for attempts had an entry of 0 when it should be 5. once the entries were fixed, reboot and everything is good. Not sure what caused these to change over night last night...

Didn't work. Does someone know where exactly in the registry the keys are for the user login limits or attempts?

No. just accessing through the official iOS app, the webpage and the server. The server is headless, but when i need to access it i remote into it. That pic is what i get locally on the server itself.

I have, several times. None of the 3 users have access either. I have waited several hours at one point as well.

note to add, I was able to adjust the 540pm time for about a week to what I needed. It started at 5pm, now I cannot adjust it. I just left it at that time until I needed to change it later. That time is now.

I am overriding the schedule. For M-F it is working to a point. I was able to make a custom schedule to disable motion record at 540pm then reengage at 12a. Now if I try to adjust the time from 540 to 5p, it will do the same greyed out bubble thing. Sat and Sun were recording 24hrs on motion but...

Correct. I have also gone through to make sure that that this one particular camera is not using the global schedule.

When i attempt to drag the bar to the desired time, say on Saturday, I see the greyed out bubble at the top of the schedule move with the curser. when I release the time does not adjust.

Sorry I didn't explain better, what I mean is that I have moved the cameras, they now require a schedule of their own versus recording motion at all times. BTW thanks for the welcome!
