Hi, I have vto2211g-p and vth5441g connected but i don’t get a ringtone when someone pushes the button. I can see the video of the camera, on the vth and on the nvr5216-16p-4ks2e. I checked all the settings but i do not get a ringtone. Already did factory restore and set up again a few times...
