Thanks everyone. My issue seems resolved. Sorry for the late reply. I didn't get a good chance to check sooner due to work and bad weather. So, just to make sure I understand the problem was largely cause by the frame rates being too high and/or mismatched ?

Here are the "file format and compression" settings. I wasn't sure which video settings you were asking for so I sent both. I only changed the frame interval last night when I was reading about some other settings. The issue existed before I dropped it to 25.
