I'm not 100% sure anything is wrong with it but since maybe the update before that one, the mp4 files that are generated for email are garbage in my system. They were OK last week and to my knowledge, nothing else has changed.

Totally confused, it appears your SW ver is older than what I have, but your PTZ ver is newer than what I have even though the camera says its up to date.

@randyh What firmware are you running, especially the PTZ firmware? This is the firmware as shipped.

@nayr or anyone else feeding this camera into BI? I can't get BI to perform the PTZ functions. PTZ works ok in camera using IE. I set config using Find/inspect, it came back with RTSP port 554, ONVIF 80. PTZ/Control set to Network IP:ONVIF. Anyone have any clues I would sure appreciate it!
