It's a long shot, but do you have static object analysis enabled in the AI settings? I had a similar problem where BI was not processing ONVIF events and for some reason turning this off solved the problem. Maybe a coincidence but mine suddenly started working. Also worth installing ONVIF...

Thanks for the info. That's useful to know. In this instance however, it's a new bug. Downgraded to the last stable version and memory is now static at 3.2GB (note i have 20 cameras!)

Anybody else noticed a memory leak on v5.8.0.5 ? BI is currently using 22gb of RAM and counting. It crashed completely yesterday and i suspect the same will happen again.

Has anyone figured out how to prevent false alerts where a static object is momentarily not detected due to rain, spider or a shadow for example, which is then subsequently detected again and falsely altered? I see we now have some new options for static object analysis but I am unsure how best...

Not sure, but it only seems todo it on this camera. What i would expect to see is an pre image @ T-100 (the 100 being the AI image interval)

Can anyone explain why BI why is sending a pre-trigger image to the AI some 7000ms before the event? See attached image. I can't seem to find a setting for this. There is nothing unusal about the AI settings, other than I want to scan 10 images at 100ms intervals with a cancel condition...

Hi I'm having trouble setting up a tigger mask and then getting AI to examine the entire image. You can see in the screen shot below that the image is masked, hence the AI thinks it's a motocyle. I've tried setting; Zone A as the mask Zone B as the entire image. Trigger on A, and AI on B...
