Can't get the program to open at all because the service isn't running and I had it set up to run as a service. I guess I can delete all the registry settings again - but I did that a day ago and this happened again.

Ah Fixed!! I repeated the Find/Inspect and reset the streams - this time the zoom and focus control came back.

Actually, that's not true - some of my other cams the reduced font size is perfectly readable on the substream. Here's one that works right and one that doesn't. Both are untriggered substreams.

Changing from VBR to CBR and using a higher bitrate (1280) seems to have helped a lot. Would you all recommend not using VBR on the main stream as well? This particular camera also has options for smart codec and AI codec on the mainstream - not sure what those do exactly.
