    I can not get my imou ranger 2A to connect to my phone

    Hi I have imou ranger 2A ip cam and I tried reset then I scan the QR code and then the imou life find it but once I select connect to camera and obatining ip a message display connection succefull then another message "something went wrong" ! any advise what I should do ? Thanks

    Can not connect my cameras to inertnet any more - Imou Ranger 2

    Hi Today I tried to connect my cameras but the remote server does not respond and every time I try it failed. Any one experience the same issue ? I tried also reset the cameras but seems the remote server is down.

    Tinycam does not run on motion detection

    I tried email the developer but he never respond. I installed tinycam and in any motion the app does not run itself and record the video do you know a way to fix this ? I think the app does not load in the background
