Nice, I can't stream directly from my Dahua cam anymore....dunno what has happened but it worked fine for a year ago. With Live Broadcast from my Synology NAS it works, but the stream doesn't stay online and stops after a while.

I left that option disabled too, no need for enabling it. It looks like YouTube changed something, because I can use VLC player to watch the camera live via rtsp. Using the settings with rtmp don't work anymore, typical.

After several tests and attempts to livestream continuously using my Synology NAS and Dahua cams, I ran into solution. At least, I hope so... I am testing it right now and for those who ran into the same problem, maybe this will resolve the problem of streams that stop after a certain time:

Edit: after testing with Synology Surveillance Station, I now started to rest with rtmp directly to YouTube. That seems to work fine also and I’m curious how long the livestream stays online. I also tried OBS Studio, but I couldn’t get it running. Someone know how to set it up with a Dahua cam...

Not an exact duration, it varied every time but mostly after a couple of hours. I never succeeded for more than 10 hours until now. At first I thought it had something to do with my ISP, but that wasn't the case.

I made some changes in my camera settings and the stream looks more stable now. It's live for over 10 hours now, and that a personal record! Fingers crossed it will stay online.....

How does that work for you? I'm still testing, also via Synology Live Broadcast, but I can't stream 24/7 because the stream gets aborted after different runningtimes. This is my channel

I've played around with some settings and also noticed the remark about the substream (1080P). My new settings: Should I also enable Sub Stream 2 or do I leave it disabled? The new settings resulted in a much better picture, and I think I got rid of those artifacts as far as I can see.

My current settings for my backyard cam: I will try your recommended settings and will check in broad daylight if it will help solve this behaviour.

I've tried the factory default too, but it didn't solve it. My bitrate type is already CBR with 15FPS and 15 I Frame Interval. I'm also using H.265 The video is only from Mainstream, I can try to change my backyard cam with the frontyard cam, and vice versa, to see if it makes a difference.
