Blue Iris Updates - Official Thread

I just checked my defender history, and I have no log of it. I am running 6.0.9.6 as well. Was it the update file itself it barked at?

    CPU speed fan noise fluctuation

My wife's refurbished Dell was fan ramping a lot and I redid the thermal paste on CPU...it had dried out. Made a huge difference.

    AMERICA’S 250th BIRTHDAY

YouTube is full of Doug & Debbie downers....best not to listen to all that crap and you will be much happier. That's just my opinion :)

BI 6 not using Nvidia Card

When I went to BI6 I uninstalled codeproject and any folder associated with it. I also uninstalled all the Cuda NVidia files completely and now just run the Nvidia driver and Nvidia desktop manager...period. No more cuda install programs. Everything runs fine. I am surprised your onboard video...

BI 6 not using Nvidia Card

Is it listed here and selected? I doubt its your drivers. I assume the card shows up in your device manager as well?

UI3 doesn't switch to main stream when viewing single camera (Live View and Timeline)

Thanks @jaydeel I just went and edited the registry on the one cam that was 848x640 and forced it to go 856x640...and now the cam displays instantly the mainstream as the others. Still not sure why LOL update: so I restarted the BI service and the setting held on the cam 856x640.

Finally updated to 6.0.8.5 from BI 5.

As long as you backup your BI registry you can go back to BI5 no problem. The AI works much better now than the codeproject and is just plain simple to use now. Some people have trouble getting the AI to work in BI if codeproject is running. So be sure to kill that service. Have fun !

Finally updated to 6.0.8.5 from BI 5.

Yes, and BTW, if you want to get the 6.0.8.5 update you need to download it from BI manually. It shows 6.0.8.4 as the latest, but just download that, it is actually 6.0.8.5 file. The installer is in a goofy state at the moment as it only shows 6.0.8.4 as the latest in BI itself. UPDATE: THIS IS...

Finally updated to 6.0.8.5 from BI 5.

Well, so far yolo26m works fine but is not as fast as yolo26s, but I just wanted to test the "additional models" in BI and it works fine. Switching back to model yolo26s is just one click.....try that in codeproject LOL.

Finally updated to 6.0.8.5 from BI 5.

You will be happy you updated. I am glad that the additional models are finally working like it should with this 6.0.8.5 update! Now I can finally test yolo26m on just one of my cameras while using yolo26s on all the others. :D

    Delete account?

This forum is probably the most lenient forums I have ever seen. I belong to many other forums and almost all of them do not allow hardly any vulgar language, political or off topic posts. Probably why I like this forum the best. On the flip side though, as open as it is, I would think it takes...

    DB6l doorbell camera - Events: Subsciption 8000FFFF

On the current version on BI 6.0.7.3 when your camera's do a maintenance restart or you restart it manually, Blueiris will give this warning error. It simply means that it could not get the onvif event due to the cam being offline. I should add, this only applies when you use onvif/camera events...

Cant Figure It Out - Blue Iris Alerts - Going Nuts

No I do not experience any delays. Try going to BI settings/webserver/advanced/configure button for streaming 0 and and click use defaults. See if that speeds up your clips. Also, on phone app check your wan encoder profile. It may be set too high.

Cant Figure It Out - Blue Iris Alerts - Going Nuts

Just saying it's not Zerotier. I am currently using it on 3 systems and they all work fine. I would just forward the BI port on your router to confirm that BI and phone app are configured properly, once that works fine then remove the port forwarding rule and move on to whatever VPN you choose.

Did you just have a windows update? The latest update now gives you this nag screen when trying to remote in to it.: There is a registry hack that works great to get rid of it: Open regedit (Run as admin -> regedit). Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows...
