The 'ACC Mobile 3' app is working fine with alerting and video playback with minimal lag here.

The UI was polished noticeably, but in terms of functionality, I didn't notice lot of improvement over ACC6 which I used for a few months before upgrading to ACC7. The biggest difference is the mobile app is pretty decent now and the alerting works well.

Thanks, It was access generally, I stopped running Blue Iris as a service and run it as an app on startup now and my network access works fine.
