Unfortunately, the upgrade failed again, so I factory reset it, ran through the setup wizard and it failed yet again. I don't know what else to try, so any ideas? I've tried all three upgrade methods (web, Sart mPSS and USB) using the very latest and the oldest updates. Thanks Michael

I've made the changes and it looks like this has helped to stop the false positives, but time will tell. In the meantime, the supplier has provided me with the latest firmware for the NVR and cameras, so I've updated the cameras very easily with zero issues, but the firmware (file identical to...
