    Hikvision metadata setting missing

    Hello, i have an Hikvision ds-2cd2346g2-i and i would need metadata access because i am working on an home automation project. The issue is that the "Metadata Settings" in the "Configuration" → "System" is completly missing,why is that? Image attached*
