Sure, Install it on those devices, choose the same Zerotier network that you set up in BI, login to myzerotier dot com and check the "Auth?" box. Within a couple of minutes it will show in the "Last seen" box if it is working.
I have both the Annke FCD600 and the Revotech cameras and both perform well. The Annke has IR but stays in color mode with very little light. At close range the stiching is off but does not bother me. They are frequently on sale for $79.99.
The Revotechs can be found with built in mic and...
I have Zerotier and Tailscale loaded upon boot on several PCs with no conflict. From time to time one will temporarily not want to play right so the other provides backup. No problems using RealVNC/TightVNC or Splashtop either. Zerotier has given more temporary problems for me.
The PTZ425DB-AT is a dome camera and better suited to be mounted underneath an eave or horizontal surface. Optional mounts would be needed to mount otherwise.

If you do not have a POE switch yet, you could plug it into your router or standard switch and power the camera with a 12 volt wall wart to get it going.
I would suspect the problem to be the fixed cable between the 2 splitter ends. You could reverse the splitter wires at the switch to comfirm that the switch is not the problem.
If you had acccess to the cameras on the main network then you could move the POE switch back to that NIC, login to each of the cameras via web interface and assign each one a different fixed IP within the 10.11.12.xxx range. Then when you move the POE switch back to the 10.11.12.xx NIC, they...
I will try the @TonyR fix but I found that under the cameras Settings-Schedule-Event Schedule you can set up Camera disable and Camera enable. I set up a rule for each and my attempt worked to disable but failed to (re)enable at the time that I entered.
I tried the Pause indefinitly and a Pause...
