    Yes all Dahua cameras have substream enabled, not sure about the Reolink doorbell? I think I have the exclusions set correctly, BI exe File & BI folders, I just added S & Z drives which are the Purple recording drive & the M.2 database drive. I will check the defrag & indexing settings, Thanks

    Hi guys, Just though you might have some suggestions or advice on my CPU usage. So I am a noob (big) just setting up my cameras & BI, I have 2 x4MP Dahua's, 1 x 2MP Dahua & a 5MP Reolink Doorbell with 100% CPU usage.     Generally the intel network cards are a safer bet although they are usually a bit more expensive.

    Good choice, but for colour at night you will need adequate ambient light otherwise they all conver to B&W.

    Thanks Broachoski, I specified a blank user name & password to use the LocalSystem account and that worked fine. Blue Iris is now running as a service on restart but the application or GUI is not active on the screen and i still have to start the program manually. Sorry, I just assumed that run...

I am running version 5 and trying to get it all setup on W10 but keep getting error 1326 or 1327 when checking the Run as windows service. I don't have a password set on the local_console account so tried adding one but that didn't work...
