    Lightning murdered my cam

You're lucky it did not burn your house down. Might have even been a contributor. Now you have an expensive tree remove bill. Shows the importance of proper grounding.

This car headlamp has cryptographic keys that restrict repair. HEADLIGHTS DO NOT NEED CRYPTOGRAPHY!! : Louis Rossmann

Prevent theft and piracy. Same argument broadcasters are using to justify DRM on ATSC 3.0 OTA broadcasts. The real motive is to push cord cutters to paid TV services, where the broadcasters receive huge amounts of $ from retransmission fees. You want to find the truth in anything, follow the $.

GM Recalls Every Chevy Bolt Ever Made Over Faulty Batteries

Exactly why I don't have a Li-Ion battery boost device in the trunk of my car, on top of the gas tank. Instead, I have a Super Cap battery boost device. Takes 3 min to charge off someone else's car. Comes with Scotty Kilmer seal of approval. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B086L29DL9

They just tried to assassinate Trump

Not sure if it's real or fake, but certainly fits the video timeline and actions of the sniper on the roof. Not sure if he is SS or contracted.

USPS - Don’t mind me just passing through!

Maybe because it is too close to a cross street intersection, and trucks with trailers making a right turn clip the mailbox if placed along the road. Maybe homeowners have been hit or splashed by passing cars when retrieving their mail standing on the road. Maybe in the winter, the snow...

    Rio Wifi Router "bulletproof security?"

Another sham KS company. I couldn’t find anything in the FCC database, so it’s likely rebranded kit run by a couple of business/marketing types with no engineering background. Any site making those claims and includes seals of US government agencies should be avoided.

How do I setup my VPN so I am not just pointing it to my house from my laptop (remote)? Help me make this secure (OpenVPN to view my QNAP from laptop)

You have to configure OpenVPN on your Asus router to route all traffic through your home network. It's a fairly common request. Search the OpenVPN forums for others who have had success. https://forums.openvpn.net/viewtopic.php?t=27767 Disable UPnP on your firewall and QNAP, and don't...

How do I setup my VPN so I am not just pointing it to my house from my laptop (remote)? Help me make this secure (OpenVPN to view my QNAP from laptop)

@user33432 Speaking from prior experience, QNAP QTS is by far the most insecure system, but as long as you don't expose it directly to the internet or use their remote cloud access you are generally more secure. It does not protect against an insider threat from a computer on your local LAN...
