    Another test after the latest BI update and no change..I've pasted my email alert settings ( photo 4 ) just to show it appears to be set correctly :)

    Few more examples last night..happened about 3 times over an hour period...as you can see there is about a few minutes between photo 1 and photo 2 ( instead of 1 second as set) and yet it appears in the same email alert..took the latest BI update today so maybe that will fix it

    So i took the most recent update and for the last week or two i've been getting the odd email alert with photos which should be 1 second apart but instead have much longer times then this plus additional photos and sometimes no video..I should get 6 x 1 photo a second and a short video...instead...

    So i’ve now only got 2 zones that are not overlapping or touching with a 3rd zone that covers all of them, only zone A and B Have a rule setup with A-B syntax..only A and B actually trigger an email. Still doesn’t work more than 50% of the time at best, all very odd..

    Thanks Fenderman I installed BI over the weekend and bought a full licence as it's excellent, works a treat and even runs as a service ..as you said everything can be customised which is exactly what I needed..works a treat and email alerts with push notifications now turn up within seconds...

    So I bypassed all of this in the end by installing Blue Iris...alot better configuration, millions of options plus as many snapshots as I like, plus a video if needed...better email setup options server support...takes a little bit of configuring but it's worth it to get the exact email alert...
