Ive ordered an old ATI HDMI card, ill try running dual Video cards and see how that goes. Hopefully quicksync on the Intel GPU and output via the second. -

So I got this working. I disabled in esx the svga adapter and passed through all my pci devices. I changed the pci hole to 3072 and installed the latest intel drivers. As a result the esx host no now longer sees the windows console as it's essentially headless. Gpuz verified it's working and CPU... -

Annoying. I added all the onboard devices as many links said you need the sound passed through etc also. Same issue. Even installing the Chipset drivers I get an error. Ill keep researching :( -
Intel HD4600 on ESX
Spent most of the morning stuffing around. I can get my haswell HD 4600 to pass through but I like bp2008, get a error code 43. This isnt a memory leak issue, its about exposing the GPU to ESX to enable QuickSync on a VM. This is what fails :)- dastrix

bp2008, did you ever get thsi working? same issue here I7 4470, HD 4600. I can see the card in Windows fine, but I get Error Code 43 -

Intel HD4600 on ESX
Hi All, i have a VM on my i7 4770. CPU is high for the cameras I have compared to when it was on a physical machine (the same machine, just not virtualized) Is there something I need to do to have Win10 use hardware acceleration of the GPU under ESX as a VM? Thankyou!- dastrix

Ports and BI
Hi All Im using a SIP server/proxy on the same PC as my CCTV machine which talks to 10 x Dahua cameras. What occurs is the SIP calls fail from my Doorbell at my front gate when BI is running. I assume theres a port conflict? Any thoughts as to what. Im sure BI doesnt use 5060 TCP/UDP. Cheers -

As i suspected the connection was not burned or effected by water. I replaced the cable and its fine now. Very odd. -

Very strange! Had a look at the switch, no bad packets. Ill check the rj45 connector for any black damage in any case. EDIT: OFFLINE again. LOL must be the wiring. -

The same place I purchased all my cable from, a supplier here in Australia that sells through ebay. Ill monitor it and if it fails rerun another run of cable. Very strange! The whole run is inside a ceiling cavity, there is 10cm section where it passes through conduit into an insulated garage... -

Beginner: Connect DoorBird into Blue Iris
So by doing a factory reset, it gives you a username and password (basically a new Passport) so im using those credentials. I have the D2101V, the latest one with RFID. It does use DHCP, but in my router i reserved the IP and assigned it to its MAC.- dastrix

Can someone please assist? I had BlueIris working fine with the Doorbird. I reset my Doorbird to factory defaults and then readded it with the new userpass. Now I get RTSP errors but BlueIris shows data transfer. Theres no username/password error. It just wont show an image in BI. The IP is...- dastrix

Ordered the SD1A203T, so lets see. Its under a carport on a timber ceiling, it wont get direct sun or weather but I like the durability of IP68 enclosures. Im sure this will be fine.
