    I do get alerts for motion so that is working the emails come through sms works and app push. I just want to be sure video loss comes through. I lost a couple cameras due to IP change when the router rebooted and didn't know about it until I looked.

    I can't seem to find the way to configure an alert to send to my email, text, or app when a camera or cameras have a loss of video. Been looking for awhile this morning so I have to turn to you all for some help. Thanks in advance for the help.

    QSEE camera when I log in through the cameras interface I get good video, when I add the camera to BI the top 1/4 is clear ish but the bottom blurry. Any ideas.

    Is it possible to stream a Q-See Model #: QC918-8AX-1 to BI. Already setup and wanted to make use of the cameras that are already in place. And if so any quick suggestions to get me started on the right path. I've tried but failed so far. Never give up though.

    I Did set check the box to use the camera motion but I didn't try to set up the rules. Thanks alot I have some more learning and testing to do. I will try it out when I get back to work. This is a great site. I'm learning so much so fast. So cool
