    Use Virtual Host to get to the camera, select Image, then select Blacklight settings. You will find the WDR setting there. Not sure about the condensation issue.

    So you have two identical cameras with identical settings and one flickers and the other doesn’t? Does the camera flicker during the day or just at night? Have you swapped the location of the two cameras?

    Here is a link to a reseller webpage that shows the specs for a 25d. It says its POE Hikvision DS-2CD3T25D-I3 instead of 3T20D-I3 2 million HD Network Camera See under the description tab. The firmware version has nothing to do with whether it is POE or not.

    The major manufacturers all make something. The type of camera (turret, bullet, PTZ) will make the biggest difference in what is available as far mounting. I know Hik makes a pendant mount for turrets which would be very easy to extend with some iron pipe.

    Yes rating includes the IR. Think you will end up having issues. Buy a better NVR or get a separate POE injector to run at least one Starlight. Separate injector is very cheap.

    The sub stream resolutions are what they are. You can always lower main stream resolution and stream that. If you purchase a better camera you get a third stream that is somewhere between the sub and main. Usually 1280 x 720 max resolution.
