    I have the Amcrest in the garage, that has just failed. Should I replace it with the same 1080p, or the new 4K version? I believe that the 1080p should be better, since it has the 1/2.7 sensor, right(4k is 1/3)? Though the new 4k one even has auto tracking.

    I don't know what MCU means, but I know that PTZ cameras have two firmwares. One for the camera, and one for the ptz function.

    To me, it looks like the IR light bounces back into the camera. Try moving it in another direction.

    It works now. It looks like the reset did it, but I'm not sure what made those changes, because I only changed the idle timeout to 0.

    Wittaj, can't be the same issue as for me, with a recent update of BI? I reverted to an early one, 0.5 and now all cameras are recording in IVS.

    Actually, it reverts back to the latest version after downgrade. That is weird. I have tried with the 5.7.4.2 and 5.7.3 as well. After downgrading, it goes back to 5.7.5.2.

    6 degree(narrow field of view). It is a cheap Michaels birdhouse. It is a snug fit, and I had to come up with some ingenuity on hot to mount it in it, but it works great. Paint is fading away, I will have to use a different paint next time when I will repaint it.
