    i left my remote location and i have not been able to connect to my cameras. i tried with 4200 . and hilook and hikconnect central but they are all offline. i don`t have any physical access to that location but i know they are connected to the local network there. any suggestions?

    can`t view it on ivms 4200 on laptop or on my phone using hilook app or hi connect.tried connect app , tried adding it by ip domain and also hikconnect. it doesn`t drop out it just doesn`t connect . it`s offline.

    this is pretty strange. i was able to add the ptz to the dvr and can view it there but not on ivms 4200 on my laptop. in the camera menu on the dvr there are 4 ip camers on the top of the divided screen and bottom section of the screen 1 more devices showing online. the ptz on the top menu...

    just got this dvr and only have 2 cameras connected out of 8 possible. i can`t figure out how to get it to stop beeping. i treid muting all cameras , went inot settings and tried turning off any audio that i could and it just keeps beeping every 30 seconds or so. any ideas?

    i log on to hik-connect and added the device , now when i try to unbind it in sadp it says "only the device in the same region with the software can be unbound from it`s account" '
