    I want to set up trigger zones on a PTZ that is cycling a couple presets in my backyard every minute. The problem is I don't think BI is capable of understanding which preset the camera is in when the patrol zone is done on the camera end. Btw Why is the screen blank when selecting the preset?

    So I keep getting this error message every time I startup the client. Then after a couple seconds everything loads in. It only has a couple cameras connected to the NVR and I already reset it and reinstalled the client. Is this just how Hikvision software is?
