    If it works for the location of the camera to view what you want then no reason to not, except I might be a little concerned with the strength of the latches. Depending on the camera, it might drag it down a little bit. Why not just use the access panel to fetch the cable, and drill a 3/8 hole...

    Also check you IOS version I still have 12.1.2 there is an upgrade 12.1.3 out but I have not installed at this time and may not now in case that is your issue. Let us know what version is on your phone.

    sorry to jump in but I ran the ping test to 8.8.8.8 and shows packet loss rate 0% Average delay 13.87 ms, What does this tell me, my NVR is open to being hacked?
