FOr some reason I'm missing cuda in here. However, I just read another thread that the latest DS have an issue with my GTX1650 so I downgraded to the version they recommended and I'm actually getting detection now I still see a spike in CPU usage since python is loaded with the GPU process.
CPU version of DS works fine but it's eating up my CPU, picked up a GTX1650 for DS but I can't for the life of me get BI to do anything withit although I see under GPU 3d process spike when I analyze a video.
Just picked up a GTX1650, went through the installation process and DS is detecting. However when there are motion I still get high spikes in CPU usage while the GPU remain pretty static. As of now I'm not seeing any benefit at all.
Just a quick update, I moved deepstack into a docker container on the NAS and has yet to crash in the past 24 hours. DS isn't using that much resources of the NAS either which was a huge surprise for me. response time increase like crazy so it's probably not optimum at least it bought me some...
Trying to offload resource to another device by running DS in docker. From the log it looks like BI is reaching the server just fine but it doesn't seem to get any response back and isn't processing anything. Any idea what could be causing this?
I have 9 cameras that would need to use DS, will a GTX 1060 or a quadro 600 handle it? Quadro 600 is pretty cheap. If I can stay sub $200 for a GPU that would be great...
I have 14 cameras mixed of 1080p and 4k, I average about 30% usage but when there isn't movement I think I'm down to 15-20
Since stopping DS I have not had a hiccup.
the BI PCis an i7 6700 and 32 Gb of ram.
I have serveral options not sure which would be best. I run homeseer on an older...
Occassionally my BI PC would hang up with no log of any failure in the event viewer. I've gone through all the troubleshooting process and could not isolate the issue.
today things has been going fine but we have some contractors here so there are more motion activities than usual. My system...
LOL that's hilarous, my exact camera too. I have it to detect cars only for when it comes into my driveway and I was getting alerts for every car that drove by. It was driving me nuts!
scratch that, I think I tracked down the issue. It isn't DS as it is working on "some cameras" for whatever reason my zone on a couple camera got reset. Very strange.
It's not timing out, I no longer get the deepstack icons on my alerts and getting all kinds of false positive. Testing in browser shows DS is running.
logs shows that DS is actually working which is really strange
I'm running CPU version. I just uninstalled Deepstack and reinstalled it with the latest version. (not sure of another way to do this) i kept on getting access denied evena fter stopping deepstack. CPU is i7 6700 with 32GB ram.
Actually.... I think there was an issue with deepstack, as I was...
recently noticed that i have not been getting any alerts. thought it was my setting so I created the camera and left it all default with only the basic deepstack settings still no luck. In the log I'm showing lots of canclled alerts and what not. When I tested Deepstack it shows that it's...
For some reason I'm able to update BI from the interface, I've been downloading the file, turn off run as service reboot PC (yes reboot PC) before I can update. I made sure all No service stop but it wouldn't update unless I reboot.
Where did you get version 3.0.35? I purchased the app through Amazon app store and it installed 2.0.72.1
THis probably explains it.

you must be on an IOS, I eventually found it but reseting Geofence is located under "information" for me. just tried resetting lets see how it plays out today. Thanks!
since updating to the latest version of the android app Geofence is no longer automatically updating location. permission for location is already set to always on the phones. I have to log onto the app and disable/enable geofence for it to register location.
