    When viewing live, I do notice quite a bit of noise... the faint snow of bad reception on the network channels back in the 60s.

    This may be telling here... port 81 for Blue Iris is open when connected to wifi, but when on mobile data it is blocked. Ping to my Blue Iris computer: Ping to my NAS where Plex is loaded... and I can reach Plex with or without Internet.
