    I think I figured it out... they are moving to 'Cancelled Alerts'. The clip says "AI not responding'.

    It was working fine until 4:47am and we again have the same problem. I also noticed that the Alert clip never shows up in C:\BlueIris\Alerts folder or the 'move to' folder (NAS-Alerts) set in the Settings? each new clip shows on the top, like this... Then 20-30 seconds later, it disappears...

    On the left-side Alerts menu, a new Alert will popin/add to the list but then it disappears about 20-30 seconds later? The only Alert that says is the one from 2022 that is 'Flagged' Alert : 'Limit Clip Age' = 7 days thx!

    How are you getting it to connect to the doorbell? I did a 'Manual Add' under 'Modify IP', then went to 'Device Config' (the IP shows there) but when I double click I get an error saying "Not Supported Yet"

    This happened to me... after 3 hrs of troubleshooting and resetting the doorbell it was the Transformer that needed to be replaced. It worked for 2+ years on that transformer and even the doorbell cam continuted to work... but the chime didnt. Get a 9V battery, test the chime... if it dings...

    Nope and it only happened on BI. But, BI would properly display it if the doorbell app was displaying the video. So I made another, fresh, cam device in BI... same issue. So then I Factory reset the DB and still using the original/old doorbell device in BI, its beenworking fine for a few days...

    I just installed Guarding Vision update to the latest ver... still not there. Will do. I like the Ezvizapp best - seems to be the most consistent and fills the screen with the image. I do remember it asking long ago... I'll try removing from the app before resetting.

    I checked (see attachment) ... not there. Maybe you have a diff version of the app? Mine is from May 21 v4.4.0.0522, then I uninstalled and tried the older v4.1.0.0304 & v3.9.1.0815 ... not there either? btw, thanks for helping... you are rock!
