    Chinese products are all hit and miss. Sometimes the plugins can be such a hassle to deal with. Buy at your own risk pretty much.

    My camera needed both 8000 and 554. On the ivms-4500, you would put port 8000 and your external ip.

    No, but I was expecting the OSD button to be built into the cable which is how I would access the OSD on my other OSD enabled cameras. I have some connections to ship this back for 30$CAD, express 5 day, so I'm not too worried about cost. The conversation was like...no you cant return it...

    I thought about going that route, and saying that the camera doesn't have a network jack (that's a given with AHD) but it also doesn't have a OSD menu as advertised, but...that's not really my main issue, so you guys think I should eat the cost?

    Not sure if it was my crimping skills or the camera. My camera drops off randomly sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes hours. and I have to unplug and replug the network cable. Does that sound like bad crimping?
