Open up the cameras web GUI look at its serial number if it has cch don’t touch it If it has wr it would be ok Look up the Europe portal they have the firmware for your camera -
Should i buy this?
I bought 3 nvrs 2018 they have c in the serial number too all with the latest Firmware and updatable Just add the c when entering the serial number for Hik-Connect that got me for a second as I was always use to adding just the numbers -
If you had to have a wireless camera what would you choose?
The dauha cam get one from Andy @EMPIRETECANDY and give it a go There won’t be any quality issues with it If you can set up an access point for a stronger signal you should not have a problem- marku2

DS-7616NI-I2/16P or 7700 series NVR for home use
The 2385 cams are ok for the day Have a look at there low light cameras there amazing at night And the 220 ptz is a good ptz camera it runs low illumination and it’s intrusion detection with auto tracking works ok- marku2

EOP adaptors not reliable. How do you come too that conclusion I have used them successfully for 2 yrs now never once have they given me grief When to power goes off they boot back up and work just get good ones follow The manufacturers instructions and there fine Other wise get cable to...- marku2

Those rebranding hikvision cubes are good in the USA there cheaper And work well for indoor use also dauha and hikvision do the ball type Mine are wired but all my kids I have given them the ball type as baby monitors and set them up on wifi disabled the dhcp and they can unplug and move to any...- marku2

IP Cameras not individually connected to NVR
As Alastair says manually enter each camera both nvrs are not using there Poe ports I have Poe switch’s deployed around the property the top switch handles the nvr lan ports if I need another 8 channel nvr it’s easy to slip in the network- marku2
