I'd look into a netgate pfsense+ appliance and unifi AP's. If your going to spend the money, you might as well future proof. probably be cheaper long term tbh.- whoami ™

Um... pretty sure a VPN needs a cert to get in. Port forwarding you can create firewall rules whitelisting IPs. Still only two options. pfSense is my final answer. I think VPN Client Pro for Android has option to make vpn connect when opening a selected app.- whoami ™

That's a AMD card. It wont work with Blue Iris or DeepStack AI. Has to be a Nvidia card compatible with Cuda 10.1 or higher. For $9 I'm guessing it wont work with much. It probably costs $9 to ship that on top of ebay's 10% so they are essentially paying you to take it. -

Here, I found a example of this doorbell @ 5 fps without the fw hack. The way the code worked once it detected movement it would take a few seconds for the script to execute and the camera to work its way up to 15fps. How hard does your GPU work?
Open task manager and in the processes tab click the GPU column to sort by process using the most GPU. If Blue Iris isnt in that list you know your set up is wrong and CPU is doing all the work.
