    Looks like the cmos is bad, can make a hard reset to the camera, press the reset button for 7-10seconds and check again, if still the same, just contact me for warranty via DM.

    I miss that Pizza girl so much too. :headbang:When i see the Pizza man on the video, i am thinking the pizza girl. lol The IPC-Color4M-T 3.6mm stock use up right now, the stocks still on the way to US, i think the 3.6mm order will be processed on early April. 2.8mm have some left.

    Thanks for @bigredfish post about the camera, the IR for outdoor/opening places the 54 series still better esp when person in view, but for full color, this IPC-Color4M-T sure better. Overall this camera is a great camera.

    We have those analog ones, but you already have the XVR, then not really need to use the BI. Can use smartpss lite to manage the systems...
