Amcrest POE installed several years ago, all good. While messing around with POE injector, I unplugged the POE side, plugged it back in. No more video. WTF? Cable tester revealed crossover, from camera to POE injector. Close examination revealed that Brown-white and brown were crossed. My fault for not testing cable when I built it.
Pulling the camera, 12 volt circuit works normally, but no more POE.
I'm guessing that an internal correction for crossover didn't happen and the camera's POE circuit got ruined.
