They have the mindset that they are superior to other people because they have power and they collectively use it against people. This mentality comes from the monarch sect of the Freemasons. Where they consider the people they rule over as sub-humans. Which was one of the Satanic values Washington and the rebel Freemasons in the US kept it out of government. But later, about a decade or so before the civil war, slowly infiltrated the United States through the British Bar Association. The other secrete society Washington was associated with, would involve themselves as politicians and tried to keep balance in all of it. But a lot of them were silently assassinated and covered up. Others who were statue and monument builders put secrete messages and time capsules in the works they created. One monument they made shocked some people and some think it was associated with slavery, but it wasn't was the one they nicknamed "The enemy lies at his feet". The time capsule under the statue of General Lee. For Lincoln was a British Bar Freemason. General Lee was an American Freemason.

The only difference is that Russian one is based in space using either Microwave, Laser or hit to kill from space vs the current norm of the 4 countries which is a hit to kill launched from earth or aircraft.
Several years back it was reported in the media that russian sattelite course corrected and was trailing just above the US spy satellite and they also said that some of those satellites launched a smaller inspection probe.

China already is known to have a land based large laser/microwave/ electronic warfare capability from their desert, they have been testing this on satellites.
They like the USAF also have a space plane that stays in orbit for months both aircrafts missions are still classified.

Elon Musk said SpaceX had to increase their starlink transmission power due to russian electronic warfare.

The chair of intelligence community who sent the memo, has either been leaving under a rock or is using this to to force the house to pass the bill, he was after all seen in Kiev few days back.
