Hi neill.bird, Did anyone resolve this issue. I have exactly the same problem with a 2232 with latest US firmware and latest iVNS-4200 PCNVR software. Also have router set to issue reserved IP's for the MAC's of the camera and PC.

New to IP cameras. I have a Hikvision DS-2CD2232-I5 using the iVNS-4200 PCNVR on my PC. With the exception of a few hiccups,which I hope to resolve with the help of others, I'm really pleased with the overall setup. Thanks again.
