H265 and smart codec is off. Substream works fine. Mainstream is the issue

I am running an Amcrest camera and have the main and sub stream set to 10FPS and 10 key frames. I’m blue iris the main stream shows up as 2.4fps and a key frame rate of .1 but the substream is fine. Has anyone found a way to fix this? Camera is running latest firmware.

i set it to default and my cpu is back at 10%

should i use it? i have a fairly powerdul setup

helo, i am runnning the latest blue iris build (beta) and when i turn on hardware accelration i notice my cpu jumps up. should i be using default, intel, or intel vpp im runing 8 amcrest 4k cams h265 codec with substreams at 10fps and sense ai specs are 11th gen i5 1145g7e 64gb ram 1tb nvme...

do i need to change my cams from h265 back to h264 for this to work?

its and enterprise drive, needs to be replaced soon too. wierd i have 8 cameras, all 4k dahuas at 15 fps, BI is doing the motion and my CPU is only peaking 30%

Thanks, I will give that a shot. I`m tryin to get my deepstack dialed in. I`m using the CPU version on an 11th gen i5 1145g7, 64gb ddr4 ram, 1tb NVME boot drive, 1tb mpcie ssd, and a 6TB WD NAS drive.
