    Where do I extract and place the ipcam-combined model for use with CPAI? Also, how do i select it in Blue Iris? I am currently running an i7-11700K, 32GB RAM, Coral m.2 TPU, 1TB NVME boot drive, and a 14TB platter for camera storage. I have 9 cameras running on Blue Iris w/substreams.

    cbr and svc is off. i rebooted and tweaked the bitrate settings. seems to be fine now. very odd...

    I am running an Amcrest camera and have the main and sub stream set to 10FPS and 10 key frames. I’m blue iris the main stream shows up as 2.4fps and a key frame rate of .1 but the substream is fine. Has anyone found a way to fix this? Camera is running latest firmware.

    thanks, going to try it out. sucks going from 400kbs to 1+ Mbps on the disc between 265 and 264 :(
