Hello, I have tried adding directly the cameras on the smart PSS, this way I can watch the live view of the cameras on my windows laptop. But when i add the NVR I can't watch the video. On windows I have installed the last version of smart PSS...

I have one NVR and 4 cameras, when I add the NVR I can't see any of the cameras. But if I add one by one (without the NVR) I can see them.

I have disabled them but the problem persist :(, does anyone have the solution for this problem , im very disappointment with this program.

Thanks for your response ;). This time only was open the team viewer and this smart pss :(. Maybe a problem with the version ? I have installed : DH_SMARTPSS-Win64_En_IS_V2.003.0000001.0.R.200413.zip

Hello Everybody ! I have a problem with Smart PSS software, im getting the error "Failed to open video" in my windows 8 Laptop. I try in a Mac and it work perfectly. Does anybody knows how to solve this issue in windows ? Im trying to see this cameras by using the NVR serial number.

I have the same problem. I have 4 cameras + 1 NVR, in my Mac I can see them all, but on my windows 8 pc i can't. have your solved this problem ? please tell me. Thanks !!
