Can't get the program to open at all because the service isn't running and I had it set up to run as a service. I guess I can delete all the registry settings again - but I did that a day ago and this happened again.

Ah Fixed!! I repeated the Find/Inspect and reset the streams - this time the zoom and focus control came back.

Not sure what the point here is ... there isn't a problem with the camera itself, as it works fine from the Dahua UI. And as I described, this was all working fine before and now, there is zero zoom functionality. I'm not setting up something new - this is something that worked as expected...
