Good to hear . That NVR also has show ip camera password . you can just the box and enter the nvr password and it will show all ip camera passwords. For future reference.
Just pulled on down and i cannot change them around. Mic must have to go at the top on these . All photos i have searched on the net show this camera to have the mic in the wrong location as it is where the memory card goes.

Hi no should be able to plug them into the back of the nvr . Then on the nvr go to camera search for cam should now see them coming up then click add camera you may need to then double click on the camera password and put in the camera old password .
Ok so now you need to go to system settings , Then advanced settings , platform access mode, and click enable. Enter verification mode . That should give access from new version.
When first installing the software and installing the devices were it asks to add password for device in there is where there is a check box which need to be ticked to enable hik-connet on the new software.

Hi this is my first post as well. i had to do the same thing myself some time back . i did a factory reset on the nvr and for some reason it reset all the camera's passwords to the same as the new nvr password. Give that a try it may work.
