Which exact model of Lorax doorbell camera do you have? Also Not sure if you've tried resetting the camera back to factory settings? There should be a button on the back that you need to press until a chime sounds, then you can set it up on your phone as a new device. -

Great review, goes to show you can get pretty far without dropping hundreds on a video doorbell, and avoid a monthly subscription to prevent it from turning into a brick while you're at it! -
