    If you mean on the 'trigger' tab, When triggered i have set to database only. I dont have any motion zones configured. Only an external trigger from an ivs rule

    Been going through my system and ive noticed that there a snapshots being saved in my stored folder, even tho i have snapshots disabled. In camera setings under the 'Post' tab and 'Record' tab, i have snapshots 'unticked' Is there anywhere else that i may have snapshots enabled? Cheers

    I'm trying to setup a notiifcation when an unknown alert is triggered. What i cant figure out is that 'uknown' never seems to be confirmed! Deepstack and mqtt is working - These are my setting for AI MQTT works when i manually test the option When play back the alert clip, i can see the box...

    I have a 5442 cam at the front door and have been playing with the IVS When creating the IVS rule, i have it set for B>A and the arrow is facing away from the door But the in Live view, the arrow is facing the opposite way (the way it should be facing) If i change the setting to be A>B...

    Heres another screenshot of when the errors occur It seems i have a seperate issue of my cams randomly disconnecting then reconnecting. But it doesnt align with the clip write errors Also, how do i change the timezone of the App Sunset/sunrise - They are def. not correct for me!!

    I have my blue iris running in a VM with a purple drive passed though with full access Every so often i get this in my logs: I just cant seem to narrow down the cause. Any where i should start looking?? This is my storage tab, if its of any help
